  • Promoted and pitched company's main conceptual project to one of the Chief Minister of Malaysia.
  • Prepared and presented two Real Estate projects to a Fortune 500 company in Malaysia.

  •  Initiated 'Japan Miracle Forum' organized with collaboration with Jeddah Chamber of Commerce & Industries.

  • Received highest civil award from King Hassan of Morocco in 1988 for his services to bridge relations between Japan and Morocco.
